Abstract

The global network of the satellite GEONETCast systems is considered which allows distribution of data on the environment on a global scale. The analysis of application received information is carried out to important areas as agriculture, energy, the weather forecast and etc. It is also described program components of the GEONETCast system, in particular, MSG Visualizer development tool, with the help of this program are given observable swift-flowing weather atmospheres of the phenomena and hydrosphere of Earth in east a hemisphere and in the territory of Kazakhastan
